We offer you different types of accommodations. Our guests can choose from three fully equipped apartments or room rental.
The Ela Apartments are ideally suited for companies, individuals, couples, groups or families.
We are located in a residential area with parking always available (free).
The location is central, so our guests have the opportunity to easily and directly reach the bus stop directly outside the main entrance within a very short time the center of Berlin. S-and subway are also within easy reach.
The area offers many different breakfast options, restaurants, hiking trails, swimming pool, massage are located in the immediate vicinity.
The University Hospital Benjamin Franklin is just a few minutes walk from us.
Towels and linens are included in the booking price also available via the WLAN is free of charge.
If cancelled or modified up to 14 days before arrival, will be charged.

An apartment or room booking is binding for both parties as soon as the apartment has been ordered and the booking has been confirmed by us
If you book, we will keep the apartment free for you and cancel other guests. Therefore the following regulations apply:
1. Cancellations or changes to bookings must be reported to us as quickly as possible.
2. Free cancellations or changes are possible up to a maximum of 14 days before arrival.
3. Check out is by 10 a.m.
4. Payment is made in cash upon arrival.
5. The house rules on display apply to every guest.
6. German law applies.
The application of the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods and the conflict of laws is excluded.
